The consortium of developers bringing more than £1 billion investment into Leeds will officially launch its plans at an event in the city on the 19th September.
MEPC, Town Centre Securities PLC, KW Linfoot, George Wimpey City, HBG Properties and Bruntwood, who have joined forces with Leeds City Council, will formally announce their proposals for the delivery of 185,879 sq ft of retail space, over three million sq ft of office accommodation and 3,440 apartments.
Their combined plans will bring a true neighbourhood to the heart of Leeds, which will be environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.
